Pohlad Custom Homes are “hands on” Builders. As such, we choose to concentrate our efforts on building 6 to 8 new-custom homes per year. This focus gives us the ability to effectively manage each jobsite and provide the attention to every fine detail that a new home deserves. We are there daily throughout the building process to ensure things are being constructed properly and completed in a cost effective and timely manner.

We also believe in developing strong relationships with our Homeowners. When you choose Pohlad Custom Homes as your Builder, you can expect to communicate directly with us regarding every important decision on your new home. We believe it is our obligation to listen to your thoughts and visions of what you want in a custom home, and turn it into a reality. The services of a Professional Interior Designer are also included with each home budget to accommodate your needs and make your selection process easy. Ultimately, we want to make every effort to give you the look you are trying to achieve.
