"What was your biggest fear or concerns that you had before hiring Pohlad Custom Homes? Did they come true, and if not, what happened instead?
"My biggest concern was that some changes might need to be made throughout the building process and that those changes would cost us a ton of extra money and put us way behind schedule. We did end up making several changes throughout the building process, all of which seemed extremely fair in price. Some were more complicated and we still were able to move in on-time as promised."

"Their experience at building homes was evident from the first meeting. They make you feel comfortable. They came up with a design and location we are happy with. We are within driving distance of many of the services we were looking for. Their creativity with new concepts and staying up on the cutting edge of today's designs. It's a design we enjoy as a family. Their custom plan presented us allowance for versatility. Our open plan allows chat time in the kitchen while a meal is prepared. The kitchen counter serves as a buffet for serving a crowd with ease. Furniture can migrate between the open space of the kitchen to the great room or also the covered deck. We are in the autumn time of our lives — easy accessibility inside and out of our home was important. Safety too was incorporated into the custom floor plan that was designed for us by Pohlad Custom Homes."
